It's so good.Īlso, Bruce is genuinely goddamned hilarious. You get to level them up and bring them as bodyguards and give them perks and have them fight in pits.
holy sweet Jesus on a skewer is this game insanely addictive. Didn't seem that great.īut once you start infiltrating the orc strongholds and turning orcs to your side and sending them on missions and eliminating the other captains. Also, the start is a bit of a slow burn and I wasn't feeling it too much. When I fired up SoW last week I was kind of shocked how bad it looked for a 2017 game.
I picked up SoW in 2018 but didn't touch it for 3 years because I'd recently played SoM and had my gameplay fill at the time.
I realize it's a four year old game but it's not too too old. I mean, I don't know for sure if it's underrated because maybe it's not, but I hang out in r/gamingsuggestions and r/shouldibuythisgame all the time and it's almost never mentioned.
