When the helm is worn Stamina is fortified by 50 points and regenerates 25% faster, and incoming attacks are 15% less likely to stagger. Beyond that I did modify the helm's enchantment to be more in line with the lore. I did convert the assets for use in SSE, as well as make a few minor adjustments, including rewriting some of the in-game notes, before repackaging the archive and marking the plugin as an ESL.
